My Philosophy

Calm & Relax Environment

Stress can affect us all and I find mindfulness a great way to destress. This could be as simple as sitting in silence and stillness.

Help Allay Any Anxieties

I encourage all patients to practice mindfulness to help allay any anxieties they may have around dental visits. It’s also really helpful to become more aware if you clench and grind your teeth.
